Authors Reply to the Above Letter to the Editor
The authors of the above Letter to the Editor have raised a valid point of need to address ethnic variations in the mentioned study. However, practical limitations of conducting such study in a single center would make it difficult to include subjects from various ethnic backgrounds. Further, previous such studies conducted in India by Trivedi et al. and Gokhroo et al. mentioned in reference in the present study have also been single-center studies with similar limitations which may have to be kept in mind.
