Dear Editor,
Cheer up young fellow.
It's a long way to go,
And you never really know
When you'll get past the sorrow.
The sorrow that has unmercifully stricken,
Numerous families pan Earth
And has left the world engulfed,
In an atmosphere of dearth.
The human race is fighting a turmoil
That history has never fought before,
We stand on the edge, a standstill
And shed tears for the “no more.”
Rising is the count,
Diminishing is the hope,
Unfathomable is the loss,
Which is painful to cope.
But, amidst this chaos
There happens to be,
A sparkle of hope left
That might give solace to thee.
“Don't Worry Be Happy”
Is what one can do at most.
To cherish these times is what becomesFirst and foremost.
Seeing those who give up this rest
And stretch them-selves night and day,
What can I do, but admire
and say-
That gear up young fellow
And cheer up young fellow.
It's a long long way to go
And you never really know
When you'll get past the sorrow!
